2023 has begun with significant investments in our production machine inventory. At GBS, we are driven by the conviction that we can stay competitive and increase client satisfaction only through investments in infrastructure and projects for constant improvement.

In this light, and in order to increase the quality and sustainability of our production, we have decided to equip our plant in Adrara San Martino with a new turning centre from Mazak, a global leader in the production of technological solutions for the mechanics sector.

Mazak QTE-100M X500 SG: a valuable resource

The new turning centre is already operational and will work alongside the other turning centres in the inventory in responding to the increase in demand for moulds by design that we are experiencing.

Its technical specifications fully reflect those of a high-quality and high-precision product, and was chosen by our expert technicians from the wide range of available brands and models.

It is a two-axis turning centre with high speed/power integrated electrospindle and an 8-position/12-position drum turret with minimum interference. The touch screen and the functions for high accuracy and high precision render this turning centre immediately usable and flexible – suited to the demands of our clients.
